In general: I stayed here while visiting sighnaghi for 3 nights . It was perfect . The food was unbelievable with a hearty tasty breakfast each morning with such variety including cherries and figs from the hotel / home garden , the best pancakes I have ever eaten and so so much more . Lia the owner was simply the perfect most welcoming kind hostess and she could not do enough to ensure my stay was great . She organized a great driver for me too and shared her family wine one evening . This is a 5 star spotlessly clean comfortable place to stay in a great location . You won’t regret staying here so I HIGHLY recommend it and someday I will be back again

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Sighnaghi. The breakfast was superb, with fresh pastries, fruit, and eggs made to perfection. The location was also a great advantage, situated in the central square, with easy access to other places. The room was spacious, modern, and meticulously cleaned, ensuring a comfortable stay.

There were some minor issues. The bedcover was too small for the double bed, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

Dzveli Ubani Sighnaghi is a gem in the heart of the city. With its unbeatable location right opposite the church, you can enjoy stunning views of the valley from your room or balcony. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from two restaurants, allowing you to savor delicious Georgian cuisine while soaking in the breathtaking scenery. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and offer all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast, with homemade pancakes prepared by the lovely lady owner herself. It was an unforgettable start to my day!

Everything was just perfect at this hotel, nothing to improve.

Great breakfast spread, with a wide variety of options to choose from including pastries and fruits. the staff was really friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist us with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the serene and quiet location, perfect for a romantic getaway. Bonus points for the beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel, making it a great spot for a nice walk.

The air conditioning unit was too close to the bed and too powerful, making it uncomfortable to sleep. the duvet was also extremely heavy, with no options for a lighter blanket.

the location couldn't be better - right in the central square, with a beautiful view of the city walls and the church. The room was lovely, with a balcony overlooking the valley, and a good-sized bathroom. The highlight of my stay was the delicious homemade breakfast, especially the pancakes prepared by the friendly lady owner. excellent value for money!

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay here due to several reasons – the hotel's location. We could easily access the city's popular places and restaurants overlooking the valley and the tourist walk of the old wall. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the facilities provided were top-notch. We were glad to find a parking area close to the hotel. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast which was delicious and filling, with several traditional Georgian salads and homemade preserves.

It's just right across from an old church and close to the tourist walk on the old wall, which offered stunning views of the village. the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean with a modern bathroom. the breakfast was amazing, the lady who served us went out of her way to prepare it with fresh pastries, fruits, and omelets to our liking. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home. We highly recommend this place for its location, service, and breakfast.

I couldn't find any faults during my stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect!
